Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Boppbopp’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. Boppbopp receives your information through our various web sites, Boppbopp Key Fob, APIs, surfaces and third-parties (“Surfaces”). When using any of our Surfaces you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, repurposing, dilution, selling, profiting, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country that you reside in or create information from, your information may be used by Boppbopp in the United States or any other country where Boppbopp operates. Simply by looking at this Privacy Policy you have agreed to the ever changing terms within it. We dare you to think otherwise.

Sending boppbopps to our corporate offices, our corporate officers, or our security team is in direct conflict with our Privacy Policy, and will result in a boppbopp from our security team.

Information Collection and Use

We collect and use your information to provide our Surfaces and improve them over time. We also provide your information to Mr. K.

Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a Boppbopp account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address, bank accounts, and various secrets. Some of this information, for example, your name and username, is listed publicly on our Surfaces, including on your profile page and in search results. All Surfaces require registration. An attempt to access our Surfaces without registration will result in an instant termination of yours, your relatives, or anyone you have ever met’s Boppbopp account. They’ll be angry at you. Don’t mess this up.

Additional Information: You may provide us with additional information to make public, such as a short biography, your location, blood type, or a picture. You may customize your account with information such as a cell phone number for the delivery of Boppbopp Key Fob messages or your address book so that we can help you find Boppbopp users you know. We will use your contact information to send you information about our Surfaces or to market to you. You cannot deny this. If you dare email us, we will keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Upon a request-response, Boppbopp is free to ruin to your life.

Boppbopps, Following, Lists and other Public Information: Our Surfaces are primarily designed to help you share information with the world. Most of the information you provide to us is information you are asking us to make public. This includes not only the messages you Boppbopp and the metadata provided with Boppbopps, such as when you Boppbopped, but also the lists you create, the people you follow, the Boppbopps you mark as favorites or Reboppbopp and many other bits of information. Our default is almost always to make the information you provide public but we generally give you settings to make the information more private if you want. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated. For example, your boppboppulated boppbopps are immediately delivered via Boppbopp Key Fob and our APIs to a wide range of users and surfaces. You should be careful about all information that will be made public by Boppbopp, not just your boppbopps.

What you say on Boppbopp will be viewed all around the world instantly. Be careful. Lybia is watching.

Location Information: For Boppbopp to function properly, each boppbopp message must be tagged with your location. We will extract exact coordinates for use in our service, and for our tracking services. The tracking team is the same as the security team.

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Surfaces. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, location, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, hair color, eye color, weight, land-speed velocity, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data. Finally, every actions, such as moving your cursor, will be included in Log Data. Log Data will be sold to the US Government in exchange for shadow prisoners of the secret war with Mr. K and La Organizacion.

Links: Boppbopp will keep track of how you interact with links in boppbopps by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Surfaces, including advertising, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on. Finally, we want to know what you are doing when you leave our Surfaces.

Cookies: Like many websites, we use “cookie” technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Surfaces A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer’s hard disk and sometimes implanted into your wrist by our security team.

Boppbopp will use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Surfaces, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Surfaces, and to improve our Surfaces. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

Finally, Boppbopp uses live surveillance cookies that allow for our security team to roam neighborhoods in unmarked delivery trucks with massive microwave radars attached to them. It is important for us to deduce exact latitude, longitude and altitude data for each pobb, and the only way to do this is through thermal imaging. The warm bloods must be tracked for improving the Surface.

Third Party Surfaces: Boppbopp uses a variety of surfaces hosted by third parties to help provide our Surfaces, such as hosting our various blogs and wikis, and to help us understand the use of our Surfaces, such as Google Analytics. These surfaces will collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request. Also, if you have a webcam, it will turn on without the little green light telling you it is on.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We disclose your private information. We dare you to withhold information. Why would you withhold information? What do you have to hide?

Your Consent: We will share and disclose your information without your consent, such as when you use a third party web client to access your Boppbopp account.

Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide surfaces to us. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such surfaces, and only pursuant to obligations mirroring the protections of this privacy policy. We need samples of your eye tissue.

Law and Harm: We will disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Boppbopp’s rights or property. If you cross us, do not cross the street.

Business Transfers: In the event that Boppbopp is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, coup, state-funded theological conquest, reorganization or sale of assets, your information will be sold, bartered, transferred as part of that transaction. The transaction may take place either in a Thunderdome-type situation, or simply in a Siberian subterranean bunker at the end of the Earth.

Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public Boppbopps or the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did).

Modifying Your Personal Information
If you are a registered user of our Surfaces, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. All previous information will be stored in case you are trying to mask your intentions.

Our Policy Towards Children
Our Surfaces are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please keep it to yoursef. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child.

Changes to this Policy

By continuing to access or use the Surfaces after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. We have the right to change these policies at any time without notification of pobbs. We dare you to say otherwise.
